JOB DETAILS:

Job Summary

The Kitchen Cleaner will ensure that kitchen facilities, equipment, floors, storage areas, and food preparation surfaces are maintained to high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize kitchen floors, surfaces, walls, and equipment.
• Wash and store kitchen utensils and equipment.
• Empty waste bins and maintain proper waste disposal.
• Clean food preparation and storage areas.
• Ensure cleaning materials are properly stored.
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Report maintenance or hygiene concerns to the supervisor.

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous cleaning or kitchen experience is an advantage.
• Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation procedures.
• Attention to detail.
• Good physical stamina.
• Reliability and willingness to work flexible shifts.

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: bachelor degree
