Responsibilities or duties

Perform Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on all kitchen equipment (ovens, mixers, freezers).

Diagnose Faults: Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults in kitchen machines.

Execute Repairs: Repair or replace defective parts to ensure minimal downtime.

Ensure Safety: Ensure repairs comply with safety standards and keep maintenance logs.

Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)

Experience needed

Candidates with experience in bulk-production catering, hotels, or GCC countries will have an added advantage.
