Kitchen/General Cleaners

Job Summary

Kitchen/General Cleaners will maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation across the kitchen, restaurant, and other designated areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize kitchen, dining, and common areas.
• Sweep, mop, dust, and maintain floors and surfaces.
• Clean kitchen equipment and work areas as directed.
• Collect and dispose of waste appropriately.
• Replenish cleaning materials and report shortages.
• Maintain clean and hygienic washrooms and other assigned areas.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation procedures.

Requirements

• Previous cleaning or hospitality experience is an advantage.
• Good understanding of hygiene and cleanliness standards.
• Hardworking, reliable, and physically fit.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Strong attention to cleanliness and detail.

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: bachelor degree
