Background
We are hiring a Litigation Lawyer to be based in our Nairobi Branch. This role is crucial for our firm's continued success in providing top-tier legal services.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing cases, conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, representing clients in court, and providing legal advice.
Qualifications and Experience
We are looking for a Young Advocate of the High Court of Kenya with at least 2 years of post-admission experience in both civil and criminal litigation. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, and a commitment to ethical practice.
Additional Details
The role requires the ability to think creatively and generate innovative solutions. Managerial skills are also a plus.
