- Perform laboratory tests and analyses accurately in line with clinical protocols.
- Collect, process and handle patient specimens safely.
- Maintain, calibrate and troubleshoot laboratory equipment.
- Ensure accurate documentation and timely reporting of results.
- Adhere to infection control, biosafety and quality assurance standards.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Higher Diploma in Medical Laboratory Sciences
- Valid KMLTTB practising licence
- Minimum 3 years’ post-qualification clinical laboratory experience
- Proficiency in routine and specialised testing, including haematology, biochemistry and microbiology
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment
