ABOUT THE ROLE

Provide academic leadership and oversee the daily operations of the Kindergarten Campus. Ensure high-quality teaching, support staff development, and promote the holistic growth, safety and well-being of young learners in a nurturing environment.

LEVEL OF EDUCATION

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in ECDE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead curriculum implementation and ensure play-based, child-centered learning.
• Coach and support teachers to deliver engaging lessons.
• Oversee planning, assessments and learner progress.
• Manage daily operations, timetables and staff performance.
• Foster a safe, inclusive and nurturing learning environment.
• Engage parents and build strong school partnerships.
