Fix Kenya Ltd is looking for a proactive and results-driven Leads & Client Relationship Coordinator to manage and convert leads generated through our digital marketing efforts. This role is responsible for managing leads for Fix Kenya as well as for assigned clients, guiding each lead through a structured pipeline from first contact to conversion into a paying client. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, remote environment and takes full ownership of the lead lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, log, and respond to all incoming leads from social media DMs, website forms, email, phone calls, and WhatsApp within defined response time targets.
  • Manage and nurture leads through the sales pipeline using the BMS(Business Management Solution), ensuring every lead is tracked from first contact through to conversion or closure.
  • Qualify leads by understanding their requirements, budget, and timeline, and match them to the appropriate Fix Kenya service or client offering.
  • Generate quotations using the BMS
  • Conduct structured follow-ups with warm and cold leads to maintain engagement and maximise conversion rates.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate information is provided to prospects and proposals are delivered promptly.
  • Manage leads for assigned client accounts, acting as the dedicated lead handler for those clients and ensuring their leads receive the same pipeline discipline as Fix Kenya’s own.
  • Prepare and submit weekly lead reports and comprehensive monthly reports covering pipeline status, response times, conversion rates, lead sources, and follow-up outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead interactions, communications, and outcomes in the BMS.

Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally across multiple channels (email, phone, WhatsApp, social media).
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple leads and client accounts simultaneously.
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales, lead management, client relationship management, or a closely related role.
  • Proven ability to manage a sales or leads pipeline and convert prospects.
  • Experience using a CRM or lead management system to track and manage leads.
  • An understanding of digital marketing services (social media management, website development, brand design) sufficient to have informed conversations with prospects.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.

Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Have)

  • Experience in lead generation, including identifying and sourcing new business opportunities through outbound outreach, networking, or digital channels.
