Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Learning and Development Manager or in a similar role.

Strong understanding of adult learning principles and training methodologies.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Proficiency in L&D software and tools.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, with at least 2 years in a management role.
