JOB DETAILS:

Kenyatta University, is a multi-campus public university in Kenya. As of October 2014, it was one of twenty three public universities in the country

Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)

Applicants should have at least any of the following qualifications;

Either

A combination of-

• PhD in Public Health
• Master of Public Health or its equivalent

Or

A combination of;-

• Master of Public Health or its equivalent
• Bachelor of medicine and bachelor of surgery (MBCHB), Bachelor of Dental Surgery, or BPharm

Experience needed

Must have at least two (2) years of experience in training professionals or teaching in an institution of higher learning

Having at least one (1) year of experience working in a program involved with Monitoring, Evaluation, Epidemiology, and Disease control and Biostatistics-

• Malaria treatment, prevention, and Control.
• HIV/AIDS/TB
• Maternal Health, Child Health, and Nutritional Programs

Must be registered and licensed by the relevant professional/Regulatory Body

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 24

Level of Education: postgraduate degree

A competitive remuneration package, which includes basic salary, house allowance, and medical cover as per the University Scheme, will be provided. Tutorial Fellows are employed on one (1) year renewable contract up to a maximum of three (3) years.
