JOB DETAILS:

Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)
Must have an earned Ph.D. degree in Nursing (Midwifery, Critical care, oncology and Education) or its equivalent in the relevant field from a recognized academic institution.
OR
Have a Master’s degree in Nursing (Midwifery, Critical care, oncology and Education) from a recognized academic institution
Experience needed
Have at least three (3) years of teaching or research experience at University level after obtaining a Master’s degree
Any other provided details (e.g., benefits, work environment, team info, or additional notes)
Have a minimum of 24 publications points, of which at least 16 should be from refereed journal papers.
Strong proficiency in the use of LMS and digital instructional tools.
Must be registered by the Nursing Council of Kenya
Those with a Master’s degree must demonstrate intention to register for a Doctorate degree.
Excellent communication, mentorship, and teamwork skills
Should have evidence of contribution to University life through active participation in Departmental and Faculty activities and good quality teaching, attendance of meetings, student academic advising and committee membership
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 36
Level of Education: postgraduate degree
