Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Licensed Sales Agent located in Mombasa. The Licensed Sales Agent will be responsible for driving sales of insurance products, maintaining strong relationships with clients, and delivering excellent customer service. Key responsibilities include identifying potential clients, explaining policy options, preparing quotes, closing sales, and meeting individual and team sales targets. The agent will also participate in regular training sessions to enhance skills and stay informed about APA Insurance Limited’s product portfolio and offerings.

Proven Sales expertise, with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Knowledge of Insurance products and services, especially Life Assurance is an added advantage.

MUST be a resident of Mombasa county or environs.

Applicant MUST be comfortable with a 100% commission based Role.

Self-motivated, goal-driven, and detail-oriented professional approach.

Proficiency in negotiation and objection handling.

ECOP and IRA licence preffered
