Job Title: LINECHEF

They are seeking for a passionate and socialist culture, providing exceptional dining, excellent service, and a serene atmosphere sided LINECHEF to join their dynamic culinary team.
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking dishes within their assigned section, ensuring every:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality
- Set up and stock workstations with all required ingredients and equipment.
- Ensure correct portioning, seasonal and plating of dishes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the workstation at all times.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Asset with teething and storing kitchen supplies.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
- Report any equipment or maintenance issues promptly.
Qualifications and Competencies:
- A Bachelor's degree or diploma in Culinary Arts or related field
- At least 3 years of proven experience as a line Chef in a busy kitchen environment
- Strong knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and a passion for quality food.
