DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Developing and managing the Total Preventive Maintenance (TPM) plan and its implementation
• Performing engineering analysis and ensuring lowest machine energy and spares consumption
• Lead in equipment breakdown analysis, troubleshooting and implementation of CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions).
• Optimizing equipment efficiencies through adherence to maintenance schedules Customer Return & Quality Documentation
• Maintaining & managing engineering standards and procedures to effectively utilize equipment and materials to maximize production and maintain product

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor of Science/ Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field
• At-least 3- 5 year(s) relevant experience in beverage industry, more specifically hands on experience in troubleshooting blow moulders, filler, labeller and accompanying utility equipment
• Machine Safety Training and awareness or any related
• Experience responding quickly to line stoppages and minimizing machine downtime
• Time management
• Attention to detail; especially critical in preventive maintenance and
• Computer literacy
• Leadership skills
