Key Responsibilities:

• Handle civil, commercial, and criminal litigation matters.
• Draft pleadings, affidavits, submissions, legal opinions, and other court documents.
• Conduct legal research and develop litigation strategies.
• Represent clients in court, mediation, and arbitration.
• Manage court diaries and maintain excellent client communication.

Requirements:

• LLB degree from a recognized university.
• Advocate of the High Court of Kenya with a valid Practising Certificate.
• 1-3 years' litigation experience, preferably in commercial and civil disputes.
• Strong knowledge of Civil Procedure, Evidence Law, and court processes.
• Excellent advocacy, drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
• High integrity, professionalism, and ability to work under pressure.
