Qualifications or Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law; LLB preferred.
• Licensed attorney with a valid bar membership.
• Proven experience as a Legal Counsel or similar role, in a corporate environment, with a minimum of 5years experience post admission.
• Have a track record of onboarding new clients in the legal practice environment.
• Strong understanding of Criminal Law, Tax Law, Aviation Law & Civil Law
• Excellent legal research and analytical skills.
• Ability to communicate complex legal concepts effectively to non-legal stakeholders.
• Negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
• Unquestionable integrity with a high sense of professionalism in handling confidential and sensitive information.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn and grow in the role.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, when need arise.
• Have the ability to nature and support teamwork within the firm.
• Demonstrate excellent organizational skills and have ability to handle and work under pressure.
• Have the ability to work with minimum or no supervision.
