We are looking for physically fit and dependable Loaders to assist in loading and unloading goods, ensuring safety and accuracy. The ideal candidates must have integrity, attention to detail, and the ability to follow instructions.

• Assist with loading and unloading consignments at warehouses, collection points, and customer sites.
• Verify consignments during loading and unloading: check against delivery documents.
• Handle goods carefully to avoid damages, especially temperature-sensitive cargo.
• Secure cargo properly inside the truck to ensure safety during transit.
• Assist drivers in the POD collection process (e.g., stamping, document handover).
• Support reverse logistics: handle backdoor returns and upliftments accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness of the loading area and trucks.
• Report discrepancies, damages, or missing consignments immediately.
• Adhere to IMS safety procedures, PPE requirements, and operational standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of loading areas and equipment.
• Work with drivers and warehouse staff for efficient delivery processes.

• Physically fit and able to lift heavy items.
• Strong knowledge of road safety rules and traffic laws in Kenya.
• Basic technical knowledge of vehicle maintenance, rider/driver skills (advantageous).
• High customer focus with good teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent written and verbal communication in English and Kiswahili.
• Flexible, dependable, and able to work effectively under pressure.

• At least 3 years’ experience in cargo handling, warehousing, or transport operations.

  • Valid Certificate of Good Conduct.
  • DOEH approved medical report
