Responsibilities or duties
Plan and co-ordinate logistics operations liaising with customers, internal stakeholders, sales, suppliers, logistics providers and transportation companies.
Record accurate and consistent delivery records on the computer system. Create and maintain transportation paperwork, such as driver vehicle inspection reporting, trip reports, driver logs, and invoices.
Produce logistics schedules and reports and communicate updates and any concerns to the Logistics Manager.
Maintain and respond to feedback or complaints from the sales staff, clients, and drivers, directing them to suitable parties if necessary.
Report and maintain key performance indicators regarding mileages, fuel efficiency reporting, delivery details, on-time delivery, and rejections/goods returned.
Responsible for checking fuel balances from the portal and adjusting fuel limits on daily basis.
Maintaining performance metrics and reports to provide meaningful logistics information and as a means of measuring and evaluating performance.
Responsible for sending out email for vehicle allocation and schedules on weekly basis.
Tracking all company vehicles to ensure proper utility with the aim of keeping proper records by use of GPS.
Booking inspection, exemption permit, renewal of tracking device, insurance, speed governor, parking fee for the motorcycle, doing advance tax for the trucks & following up reflective number plates with NTSA.
Reporting, coordinating, and following up with the insurance in case any vehicle accidents by filing the relevant documents and ensuring timely compensation.
Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)
At least 3–5 years’ relevant experience in logistics coordination.
Holder of a bachelor’s degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management or related field from a reputable institution.
Background experience in Logistics and Supply Chain Management in a manufacturing environment is advantageous.

- Strong attention to detail with analytical mind.
- Good computer skills and the ability to prepare reports on excel presentations.
- Technical skills and Problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication and good interpersonal skills.
