The Logistics Officer manages company transportation operations, fleet maintenance, route scheduling for weekend and weekday client site tours, and material deliveries to ensure seamless, safe, and cost-effective operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate transport logistics for client property site visits and company assignments.
• Supervise company drivers and enforce safety regulations and traffic compliance.
• Oversee routine vehicle servicing, inspection renewals, insurance covers, and fuel management logs.
• Coordinate delivery of development materials (fencing, beacons, gates, signage) to project sites.
• Prepare monthly transport expenditure and vehicle utilization reports.

Academic & Professional Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Fleet Management, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in fleet supervision and transport logistics.
• Valid driving licence with clean driving record.
