JOB DETAILS:
Job Purpose: To minimize inventory shrinkage and prevent losses through effective monitoring and control measures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate and analyze stock discrepancies and losses
- Implement loss prevention strategies and procedures
- Monitor security systems and procedures
- Conduct audits to identify potential areas of loss
- Collaborate with security and operations teams
- Document and report loss incidents
- Develop and maintain loss prevention protocols
- Train staff on loss prevention measures
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience
- Must be 24 years or older
- Diploma in Business-related course or higher
- Strong attention to details and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Willing to work in Kisumu/Busia/Homabay or Bondo
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 12
Level of Education: bachelor degree
