JOB DETAILS:

As a Machine Operator, you’ll be at the heart of our production process; operating and maintaining machines and equipment, ensuring our factory operations run smoothly, and ensuring quality control.

Responsibilities;
Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning to prevent breakdowns.
Monitor product quality and adjust machines to meet required standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical or process issues during production.
Follow safety procedures and report any hazards or incidents promptly.

What we are looking for:
2+ years of experience in the food manufacturing industry, preferably in avocado oil production.
Bachelor’s Degree/ Diploma/Higher National Diploma in Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
Knowledge of Food Safety Management Systems, Environmental, and Occupational Health & Safety standards.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and implement solutions.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 24

Level of Education: bachelor degree
