Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee all aspects of facility maintenance and operations for our client. The ideal candidate will ensure that all building systems and equipment are functioning optimally, safely, and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance strategies and schedules.
- Manage and supervise a team of maintenance staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of all building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and structural components.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes.
- Manage maintenance budgets, including forecasting, procurement, and cost control.
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance and repair services.
- Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify potential issues and implement preventive maintenance measures.
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, work orders, and inventory.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance procedures, and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage budgets and control costs effectively.
- Proficiency in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field is preferred.
Experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility maintenance management.
