We are seeking an experienced and qualified Maintenance Manager to lead and oversee all maintenance operations across our diverse range of assets. This is a key leadership role within our transport and logistics business, responsible for ensuring the optimal performance, safety, and reliability of mobile assets, lifting equipment, and fixed infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance strategies for a broad spectrum of assets.
- Lead maintenance teams to ensure efficient and safe operations.
- Apply Risk-Based Inspections (RBI) and Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) methodologies to improve asset performance and reduce downtime.
- Manage maintenance schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, health, and environmental regulations. Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to minimize disruption during maintenance activities.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory).
- Minimum 6 years of experience in maintenance management, with proven expertise in:
- Mobile equipment
- Lifting machinery
- Fixed industrial assets
- Experience in the transport and logistics industry is essential.
- Strong knowledge and practical application of RBI and RCM techniques. Excellent leadership, planning, and communication skills.
