Responsibilities or duties

Performing hands-on routine and reactive maintenance, from minor repairs, patching, and painting to drain clearing, gutter maintenance, water isolation, and lock adjustments.

Conducting regular building inspections, logging, and completing work orders.

Responding quickly to urgent or emergency requests to minimize disruption to learning and research activities.

Working closely with trades teams, contractors, and vendors to help coordinate specialized works and support safe site access.

Managing maintenance stores and maintaining accurate records to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)
