TENDER No.: TENDER/VCG/T&I/50/2022-2023; Maintenance of Kapsotik - Kamulongoni Road
The department of Transport and Infrastructure invites bids from eligible bidders for the Maintenance of Kapsotik - Kamulongoni Road during 2022/2023 financial year at Vihiga County.
1. The tenderis open to all qualified and interestedTenderers.
2. Bidders can participate in several tenders, however, a bidder shall not participate in the same tender individually and also as a Joint Venture.
3. Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information at the office of the Chief Officer, Department of Transport and Infrastructure, Vihiga County headquarters during normal working hours.
4. A complete set of tender documentsmay be obtained electronically from may be obtained by interested candidates from the county website www.vihiga.go.ke  using the unique IFMIS negotiation numbers indicated in the tender advert.
5. Tendersshall be quoted be in Kenya Shillings and shall include all taxes. Tendersshall remain valid for 120 days fromthe date of opening oftenders.
6. Completed tender documents must be submitted through the IFMIS SUPPLIER PORTAL www.supplier.treasury.go.ke  as per the requirements contained in the advert and tender documents so as to be received on or before Wednesday, 25th January 2023 at 11:00 am. Tenders will be opened thereafter on the IFMIS platform.
