Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily mall operations, including tenant management, lease compliance, and service providers (security, cleaning, maintenance).

Drive revenue growth through occupancy optimization and effective marketing initiatives.

Prepare and manage budgets, controlling operational costs and financial performance.

Ensure compliance with safety, health, and statutory regulations while maintaining high customer service standards.

Lead, mentor, and manage the mall management team to achieve strategic goals.

Qualifications & Experience

Experience managing large retail or mixed-use developments is an advantage.
