• Lead the annual budgeting process and monitor performance against approved budgets.
• Prepare monthly management accounts, including variance analysis and management reports.
• Develop financial models to support strategic planning and decision-making.
• Conduct profitability analysis across product lines, revenue streams, and divisions.
• Maintain KPI dashboards to track financial and operational performance.
• Support cost control initiatives, working capital management, and strengthen internal controls.
• Coordinate annual audits and ensure compliance with IFRS and applicable tax regulations.

• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA, ACCA, or CIMA qualification.
• 5-7 years' experience in financial analysis, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (SAP experience will be an added advantage).
