Job Description

As a Management Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training in warehouse operations and supply chain management. You will learn core processes including inventory control, system operations, and logistics coordination to prepare for future leadership roles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily workflows: receiving, storage, picking and shipping.
  • Ensure accurate and efficient cargo handling.
  • Assist in stock audits, data verification and handling discrepancies (overstock/shortage).
  • Identify and report obsolete materials.
  • Operate warehouse systems (e.g., OCP/WMS, SPMS) and manually input data during system outages.
  • Ensure timely and accurate data reconciliation post-recovery.
  • Process warehouse documents (e.g., pick lists, return forms, manual delivery orders).
  • Track approvals, shipments, and delivery confirmations.
  • Supervise loading/unloading, verify driver/vehicle details, and ensure cargo-document alignment.
  • Monitor expenses (e.g., leasing, handling, materials) and assist in minimizing losses (e.g., damaged goods).

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mathematics, Accounting, Finance, Statistics, or related quantitative fields.
  • Experience: Fresh graduates or ≤1 year of work experience.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in enterprise systems (WMS/ERP) and strong computer literacy.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accountability.
  • Excellent communication for cross-departmental collaboration (Sales, Finance, Logistics).
  • Problem-solving agility (e.g., system failures, inventory gaps, complaints).
  • Adaptability: Thrive in fast-paced environments, quickly absorb new skills, and align with company culture.
