Strategic HR Planning: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business goals and manage HR budgets. Talent Acquisition: Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including creating job descriptions, screening applicants, and onboarding new employees. Employee Development: Design and implement training programs, career development initiatives, and performance appraisal systems to enhance employee skills and motivation. Employee Relations: Serve as a bridge between management and employees, resolving disputes, managing grievances, and fostering a positive and engaging work environment. Compensation and Benefits: Develop and administer competitive compensation packages, salary structures, and employee benefit programs. Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure the organization adheres to labor laws, company policies, and industry standards. Performance Management: Oversee the development and application of performance appraisal systems and provide feedback to managers on conducting reviews. HR Analytics: Utilize data and metrics to provide insights to management and support strategic decision-making.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to align HR strategies with business objectives and develop long-term plans. Communication Skills: Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills for effective interaction with employees and management. Interpersonal Skills: Competence in building and managing relationships at all levels of the company. Empathy and Emotional Intelligence: To understand and connect with employees, fostering strong relationships and trust. Problem-Solving Skills: To effectively resolve conflicts, address grievances, and manage complex HR issues. Knowledge of Labor Law & HR Best Practices: In-depth understanding of current employment laws, regulations, and industry best practices. HR Metrics and Data Analysis: Proficiency in using HR systems and databases to collect, analyze, and report data for informed decision-making. Leadership Skills: To guide and influence the HR department and other stakeholders within the organization.
