Job Summary
The Manager – Hospitality Services oversees all hospitality operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, efficient service delivery, and compliance with quality standards across accommodation, food and beverage, housekeeping, and guest relations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily hospitality operations.
- Develop service improvement initiatives.
- Supervise departmental managers and staff.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and operational performance.
- Manage departmental budgets and resources.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hospitality standards.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.
