Responsibilities or duties
Build and lead a high-performance distribution team.
Manage the back-office team, underwriting, claims and customer service.
Drive business growth through agency, sub-agent networks and digital platforms.
Define roles and refine existing agency structure.
Handle regulatory documentation, follow-up, and compliance procedures.
Develop and implement the go-to-market strategy.
Enhance agency operations, CRM systems, and policies for the agency.
Enhance partnerships with insurers.
Negotiate products access and commercial terms.
Plan 3–5-year business growth strategy.
Design and set (weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual performance metrics and reporting structures.
Qualifications or requirements
5+ years in the insurance sector, with at least 3 years in a leadership or distribution role.
Strong commercial experience in insurance sales or distribution and insurance partnerships
Experience in underwriting, customer servicing and claims management.
Proven success in launching new business lines or growing agencies.
Current or former roles in insurance agencies, brokerages, bancassurance teams, or Insurtechs.
Should have previous work experience with major insurance companies.
