We are seeking an experienced Manager - Outsourced Accounting Services to lead client accounting engagements and strengthen service delivery.

To manage outsourced accounting engagements, ensure high-quality financial reporting and tax compliance, lead accounting teams, and support client growth and firm revenue.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and review outsourced accounting engagements across multiple clients.
• Review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management accounts.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS / IFRS for SMEs and Kenyan regulatory requirements.
• Review and approve tax filings (Corporation Tax, VAT, PAYE, Withholding Tax) via KRA iTax.
• Supervise and mentor accounting staff; allocate workloads and review outputs.
• Maintain quality control, ethical standards, and proper documentation.
• Act as primary contact for assigned clients and attend client meetings.
• Identify advisory, cross-selling, and revenue growth opportunities.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA (K); fully qualified and ICPAK registered.
• 6-8 years' experience, with 2-3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, Kenyan tax laws, and compliance frameworks.
• Proven leadership, client management, and communication skills.
