JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a passionate Marketing Officer to plan and oversee Pearl Hospital’s marketing services and campaigns. The successful candidate will ensure all marketing operations meet the goals set with management.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
- Supervise, oversee, and coordinate all operations of the PR and Marketing Department.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with hospital objectives.
- Communicate with target audiences and manage customer relationships.
- Manage the production and distribution of marketing materials (print/digital).
- Organize and attend PR/marketing events (conferences, medical camps, promotional campaigns, CSR activities).
- Conduct market research (e.g., customer surveys) and advise management.
- Enhance the hospital’s public image through internal/external branding initiatives.
- Prepare and submit departmental strategies, outreach schedules, and budgets.
- Address client feedback and escalate concerns to management.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports for the Marketing Department.
- Track and report on specialized units (Cancer, IVF, Dialysis).
- Perform other duties as assigned by hospital management.
- Additional Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clinical teams to promote specialized services.
- Develop digital marketing campaigns (social media, email, SEO).
- Monitor competitor activities and industry trends.
- Train staff on brand representation and customer engagement.
Qualifications
- Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in healthcare marketing (preferred).
- Expertise in marketing techniques (digital/traditional).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Creativity in campaign design and problem-solving.
