Responsibilities or duties

Coordinate brand ambassadors and promoters, assist with event logistics and setup, prepare activation materials/samples, and compile post-event reports and feedback.

Assist with product launches, coordinate promotional sample distribution, track retailer promotional activities, and handle marketing support requests.

Maintain stock registers for POSM, merchandise, and uniforms; coordinate storage/distribution; and perform periodic stock counts and replenishment.

Gather data on competitor pricing, promotions, and market trends, and assist with consumer surveys and focus group activities.

Maintain marketing calendars, trackers, and expense logs; manage purchase requisitions and supplier documents; and organize departmental records.

Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)

Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing tools is an added advantage.

Experience needed

1-2 years in marketing, administrative, or customer- facing roles.
