Key Responsibilities:
- Create engaging content across various platforms, including:
- Videography – filming, editing, and producing captivating videos (e.g. reels, school highlights, interviews).
- Photography – capturing key moments during school events and daily activities.
- Graphic Design – designing posters, flyers, banners, and digital assets using tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.
- Social Media Management – scheduling posts, engaging with audiences, and growing our online presence.
- Ensure timely coverage of school events, including sports days, music festivals, open days, and graduations.
- Conceptualize and execute creative campaigns and reels to boost brand visibility.
- Attend external marketing events, expos, and exhibitions to promote the school and engage with prospective families.
- Process and follow up on school admission inquiries in coordination with the admissions team.
- Support the Business Development Manager (BDM) in executing marketing strategies and any other assigned tasks.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Degree in Marketing, Media, Communication, or related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience
- Proven experience in content creation, with a strong portfolio in videography and photography.
- Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, LinkedIn) and scheduling tools.
- Graphic design skills using Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized, creative thinker, and able to multitask effectively.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends for school events when necessary
