About the Role

St. Christopher’s International School is seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Communications Assistant to join their team. This role is crucial in enhancing the school's brand presence and effectively communicating its value proposition to prospective students and the wider community.

Responsibilities

The Marketing Communications Assistant will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and student enrollment.
  • Creating engaging content for various platforms, including social media, website, newsletters, and brochures.
  • Managing the school's social media accounts and responding to inquiries.
  • Assisting in the organization and execution of school events and open days.
  • Conducting market research and analyzing campaign performance.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.

Qualifications

  • A Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in marketing, communications, events or a similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Outstanding organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office and digital communication platforms.
  • Basic website content management experience.
  • Photography and basic videography skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • A proactive attitude, positive outlook and willingness to learn.
  • Experience within an international school environment, together with knowledge of Google Analytics, Canva or social media scheduling platforms, would be an advantage.

Experience

A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is required.
