MARKETING COORDINATOR

Job Title: Marketing Coordinator
Department: Marketing & Communications
Reports To: Marketing Manager

Job Purpose

To coordinate marketing activities, campaigns, and promotional initiatives that enhance brand visibility, support business growth, and strengthen customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate implementation of marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Assist in developing marketing plans and budgets.
• Manage digital marketing platforms and social media content.
• Coordinate production of marketing materials and promotional merchandise.
• Organize exhibitions, events, and product launches.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Coordinate with external agencies, media partners, and suppliers.
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing communications.
• Support customer engagement and lead generation initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in marketing or brand management.
• Experience in digital marketing and content management is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools.
