About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Marketing and Events Manager to lead the strategy, execution, and innovation of our brand presence across Kenya.
Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement annual marketing plans and budgets aligned with company objectives.
- Oversee all brand communications, including digital, print, PR and social media.
- Ensure brand consistency across all channels and regions, including Nairobi, Coast and Commercial.
- Collaborate with divisional managers to support agent marketing, property launches and lead-generation campaigns.
Digital & Social Media Oversight
- Lead content planning and brand storytelling across all social media platforms.
- Oversee website content, listing quality and brand messaging.
- Work with digital agencies and internal resources to optimise digital performance, engagement and reach.
Event Management
- Plan, coordinate and execute all corporate events and incentive trips, including Kenya Awards, PGP Compass, PGP Ignite and other company events.
- Create memorable event experiences that reflect the values, quality and elegance of the Pam Golding brand.
- Manage event vendors, budgets, logistics, timelines and post-event reporting.
Internal Marketing & Culture
- Support internal communications, agent recognition programmes and brand-aligned initiatives.
- Partner with leadership to align internal marketing and communications with company culture, values and vision.
Reporting & Budgeting
- Monitor marketing KPIs and event ROI.
- Track marketing and events expenditure against the approved annual budget.
- Provide monthly reports to management on marketing activity, performance, results and key insights.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5–7 years’ experience in marketing, brand, or events management (real estate, luxury, or lifestyle brands preferred)
Required Skills
- Proven track record of delivering strategic campaigns and high-impact events
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong eye for detail, design, and brand consistency
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
