Job Summary:

Yalelo Kenya is seeking a strategic and experienced Marketing Lead to manage all specific marketing-related aspects of the business, including brand management and development, promotion, event management, digital communication, innovation, and research projects.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

• Brand Marketing Strategy Planning, Alignment & Execution: Portfolio Strategy, Brand Equity Assessment, Brand Positioning, Brand Vision & Strategy.
• Marketing Plan Development and Execution: Budget management, execution, and reporting.
• Marketing Effectiveness: Analyze ROI, Agency Management & Measurement, Execution.
• Manage Multifunctional Teams: Liaise with suppliers and third parties (promotions, creative, media agencies, etc.).

Required Technical Skills, Training & Experience:

• Tertiary qualification (Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Business Management or related majors).
• Previous FMCG marketing experience (Minimum 3 years).
• 4-6 years of work experience in marketing management.
• Must possess good leadership and communication skills.
