An industry leader in FMCG / Food Manufacturing is seeking a visionary and results-driven Marketing Manager to drive marketing strategy, build iconic brands, and lead multi-channel campaigns. The successful candidate will turn consumer insights into winning marketing decisions, grow digital and e-commerce presence, and inspire a world-class marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive marketing strategy and business growth.
  • Build iconic brands and compelling customer experiences.
  • Lead multi-channel campaigns and product launches.
  • Grow digital, social media, and e-commerce presence.
  • Turn consumer insights into winning marketing decisions.
  • Ensure brand excellence, compliance, and ROI.
  • Build and inspire a world-class marketing team.
  • Manage marketing budgets and track ROI.
  • Lead and mentor the marketing team.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree required; Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Postgraduate qualification or MBA is an advantage.
  • Experience: 5–8 years of progressive marketing experience.
  • Demonstrable experience in FMCG, QSR, or a fast-moving consumer brand environment — execution experience, not just agency management.
  • Proven track record in brand building and campaign execution with measurable outcomes.
  • Kenya or East African market experience is strongly preferred; deep understanding of local consumer behaviour is a significant advantage.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in digital marketing platforms, social media management tools, and analytics dashboards.
  • Comfortable with marketing budget management, ROI tracking, and reporting to leadership.
  • Experience working with creative agencies, production vendors, and external partners.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
