About Socialmeds

At Socialmeds, we help ambitious brands design, build and launch digital products and campaigns that move the needle. We believe great ideas deserve great execution, and that speed, creativity and collaboration are the forces that drive growth.

We have helped our clients grow their sales and customer insights through digital and creative marketing for 11 years, 7 countries now, and we want you for the next growth phase.

You’ll join a passionate, supportive and experimental team that loves creating meaningful work. We’re openly innovative, value continuous learning, and give every team member time and space to experiment, grow and sharpen their craft.

The Role

We’re looking for a Marketing Manager who thrives on action, storytelling and connection. Someone who wants to see the impact of their work in real relationships, conversations and opportunities. You’ll work closely with our leadership and sales teams to create visibility, build credibility, and keep "Company name" front-of-mind with prospects, clients and partners we most want to work with.

What You’ll Do

Account-Based Marketing (ABM):

  • Design and deliver targeted campaigns that speak directly to high-value prospects. Create tailored content, outreach sequences and event touchpoints that help us open doors and build relationships.

Content & Case Studies:

  • Own the creation of compelling content. From punchy case studies and project stories to thought-leadership pieces and short videos that showcase our impact.
  • Repurpose long-form content across multiple formats (email, LinkedIn, video snippets, and events).

Events & Community:

  • Plan and host small, high-quality networking events, client roundtables and partner sessions that position "Company name" as a trusted, visible voice in our space.
  • Identify industry events, awards, and speaking opportunities to amplify our reach.

Social & Digital Presence:

  • Keep our LinkedIn and owned channels vibrant and on-brand. Test new ideas, track what performs, and iterate fast.

AI-Enabled Marketing:

  • Use approved AI tools to accelerate ideation, research and content repurposing, while ensuring everything stays authentic, accurate and true to the "Company name" voice.

Collaboration & Reporting:

  • Partner with the leadership team to align marketing with pipeline goals. Track performance metrics (leads influenced, event ROI, engagement) and share actionable insights.

You’ll Be Great At This If You:

  • Have 3+ years in a digital or creative agency marketing or a B2B professional services type business.
  • Love crafting stories and content that make people feel something (not just tick boxes!).
  • Have experience running ABM or event-based campaigns that have influenced the pipeline.
  • Enjoy working across multiple projects at pace - juggling content, campaigns and community.
  • Are confident with tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn, and Canva/Figma.
  • Understand how to use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) smartly, without losing the human touch.
  • Are proactive, personable, and thrive on making things happen.

What Success Looks Like

  • A consistent drumbeat of visible, shareable client stories and case studies.
  • A growing network of prospects and partners engaging with "Company name".
  • High-quality leads and opportunities generated through targeted ABM and events.
  • Recognisable "Company name" presence at industry events and in online communities.
  • Clear ROI on marketing activities, shared openly with the team.

Benefits

  • Flexible hybrid working and reasonable core hours
  • Private healthcare beyond the government-required scheme 25 days holiday + bank holidays, 4 months paid maternity leave, 4 weeks paid paternity leave
  • A clear progression path - this role can grow as the agency scales
  • Freedom and time for self-development and experimentation
  • Cash bonuses fixed on performance and income directly connected to your annual KPIs
