Lamlan is a growing brand focused on delivering high-quality solutions to our clients. We are expanding our reach and looking for a driven Marketing Officer to help us acquire new business and grow our client base.
Role Overview
We are seeking a results-oriented Marketing Officer who is confident in generating leads and building strong client relationships. This is a commission-based role ideal for a self-motivated individual with strong sales and marketing skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new leads through online and offline channels
- Pitch Lamlan services to potential clients
- Convert leads into paying clients
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Collaborate with the team to refine marketing strategies
- Meet a monthly target of 3–5 new clients
Requirements
- Proven experience in marketing, sales, or business development
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Self-driven, disciplined, and target-oriented
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of digital marketing is an added advantage
Compensation
- This is a commission-only role
- Competitive commission per client acquired
- High earning potential based on performance
