Job Overview

We are looking for a creative, results-driven and highly motivated Marketing & Promotions Executive to join our sales and marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for strengthening our brand presence and driving occupancy and revenue growth across our residential and Airbnb properties through effective digital marketing and promotional strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital and offline marketing and promotional campaigns
• Develop, manage and implement social media strategies across all platforms.
• Manage Airbnb and online property listings
• Generate and convert leads into bookings
• Develop partnerships and business opportunities
• Create engaging content (graphics, videos, captions, and campaigns).
• Manage daily posting, scheduling and community engagement.
• Monitor social media performance and prepare regular reports.
• Support brand awareness and lead generation initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or related field
• Must have a minimum of 3 years’ marketing and promotions experience in real estate and construction industry
• Must have experience with Airbnb/short-term rental platforms
• Knowledge of social media analytics and advertising tools.
• Strong digital marketing and social media skills
• Proven camera, photography and videography skills
