About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. This role is responsible for tracking and executing marketing activities, planning promotional materials, creating compelling content for online and offline campaigns, and managing relationships with event and promotion partners. The ideal candidate will combine creative thinking with analytical skills to drive brand awareness and engagement for our luxury real estate development.
Responsibilities
- Track the implementation and execution of marketing activities and campaigns
- Plan, procure, and manage marketing materials and corporate gifts
- Create and manage online and offline promotional videos, graphics, and copywriting
- Develop and execute comprehensive online and offline promotion strategies
- Plan and coordinate marketing events from concept to execution
- Serve as primary liaison with promotion and event partner companies
- Maintain strong relationships with external promotional and event agencies
- Coordinate communication between promotional partners and internal stakeholders
- Design and publish engaging promotional videos, images, and written content
- Conduct market trend forecasting and market data analysis
- Identify and leverage market hot topics and trending themes
- Review and evaluate the effectiveness of promotional content from partners
- Collect and analyze data on campaign performance and marketing ROI
- Research promotional methods and elements to develop optimal strategies
- Monitor industry trends and emerging social media technologies
- Continuously improve social media strategy based on performance insights
- Monitor and analyze competitors' social media strategies
- Produce periodic competitive analysis reports with actionable recommendations
- Supervise the implementation of marketing plans and verify results
- Monitor and respond promptly and professionally to social media comments and messages
- Develop outdoor advertising plans and create related content

Preferred Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field (mandatory)
- Minimum 3 years of real estate marketing experience (required)
- Professional title in real estate field is highly preferred
- Proficient in real estate marketing knowledge and strategies
- Familiar with real estate industry policies, laws, and regulations
- Strong understanding of domestic and international real estate markets
- Knowledge of industry practices and standards
- Excellent content creation skills (copywriting, video, graphics)
- Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.)
- Strong social media management experience across multiple platforms
- Data analysis skills with ability to interpret marketing metrics
- Experience with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms
- Strong project management and organizational abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
