Background

Riziki Source is recruiting on behalf of our employer partner for an experienced Mason/Plasterer with strong skills in civil works and building finishing. This role involves hands-on work in plastering, skimming, wall finishing, and general masonry tasks within active construction sites in Kisumu County.

Eligibility Criteria

• Must reside in Kisumu County
• Experience in plastering, masonry, finishing work, or general civil works
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks
• Basic understanding of construction safety procedures
• Reliability, good workmanship, and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications (Not Mandatory)

• Certificate or Artisan qualification in: Building & Construction, Masonry / Plastering, Construction Technology
• Previous site experience in finishing or civil works

• Perform plastering, skimming, and finishing on walls and ceilings
• Execute masonry tasks including blockwork, rendering, and surface preparation
• Ensure high-quality finishing according to project standards
• Work collaboratively with construction teams and site supervisors
• Maintain safety practices and adhere to site regulations
• Conduct minor repairs, touch-ups, and finishing corrections as needed
