Background information about the job or company:
The County Government of Nyeri is seeking to hire Medical Engineering Technologists to undertake preventive maintenance and repairs of medical/hospital equipment, plants, furniture, and instruments.
Responsibilities or duties:
- Undertaking preventive maintenance and repairs of medical/hospital equipment, plants, furniture, and instruments
- Ordering spare parts and consumables
- Collating and compiling information for research
- Implementing medical engineering programs and projects
Qualifications or requirements:
- Diploma in Medical Engineering from a recognized institution
- Must be registered with the Association of Medical Engineers of Kenya
- Two years and above experience working in a busy hospital
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 24
Level of Education: associate degree

Remuneration: As per the Salaries and Remuneration Commission (SRC)
Terms of Employment: Three (3) Years Contract
