Responsibilities

The Medical Officer will be responsible for:

• Providing direct patient care in accordance with Aga Khan Health Services standards and protocols.
• Diagnosing and treating common illnesses and injuries.
• Referring patients to specialists when necessary.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records.
• Participating in continuing medical education activities.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

• MBChB or equivalent degree from a recognized institution.
• Valid registration and current practicing license from the Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentists Council.
• At least 2 years of post-internship experience in a clinical setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Experience

Minimum of 2 years of post-internship experience.
