JOB DETAILS:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Promote and detail pharmaceutical products to doctors, pharmacists, hospitals, and other healthcare facilities in Nairobi.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals to ensure product adoption and loyalty.
3. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s revenue growth through effective territory management.
4. Organize product presentations, workshops, and CMEs (Continuing Medical Education) for healthcare providers.
5. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
6. Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and initiatives.
7. Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical industry regulations, company policies, and ethical guidelines.
8. Submit regular sales reports, territory analyses, and action plans to management.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Diploma or Degree in Health Sciences (e.g., Pharmacy, Nursing, Biomedical Science, or related field).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in pharmaceutical marketing or sales, specifically within the Nairobi region.
• Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and healthcare landscape in Kenya.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage a territory, and meet sales targets.
