We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Medical Representative to strengthen our presence in the Kisumu & Nyanza Region.

Job Purpose

The Medical Representative will be responsible for promoting and marketing the company’s pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, building strong client relationships, and driving sales growth within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and detail the company’s pharmaceutical products to doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets within the territory.
• Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with key clients and healthcare facilities.
• Organize and participate in product presentations, CME meetings, and promotional activities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide feedback to management.
• Ensure regular territory coverage and maintain an updated customer database.
• Prepare and submit timely sales reports and market intelligence to the management team.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and ethical marketing standards.

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma or Degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Technology, Biomedical Sciences, or a related medical/health field.
• Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in pharmaceutical sales and marketing within Kisumu & the wider Nyanza Region.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets in pharmaceutical marketing.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with healthcare providers.
• Self-driven, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Knowledge of the regional healthcare market will be an added advantage.
• A valid driving license will be an added advantage.
