The Medical Representative – Mombasa will be responsible for promoting and selling the company’s range of pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals within the assigned territory. The role involves establishing strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and hospitals, while ensuring that the company’s products achieve maximum market penetration.

Promote and detail Syner-Med’s products to doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s market growth in the assigned territory. Develop and maintain productive relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the healthcare sector. Conduct product presentations, medical detailing, and continuous education sessions for healthcare professionals. Monitor competitor activities and market trends, providing timely feedback to management. Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, customer engagement, and field activities. Participate in company-organized marketing campaigns, conferences, and product launches.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. Good organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in MS Office applications and basic reporting tools.
Bachelor’s degree in Science, Pharmacy, or a related field. Minimum of 1 year of experience in pharmaceutical field sales (ethical products). Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
