The Medical Representative – Nairobi will be responsible for promoting Syner-Med’s pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals across Nairobi and its environs. The successful candidate will establish and maintain strong relationships with medical practitioners, pharmacists, and healthcare institutions to achieve sales objectives and increase product awareness in line with company goals.

Promote and detail Syner-Med’s products to doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s market growth in the assigned territory. Develop and maintain productive relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the healthcare sector. Conduct product presentations, medical detailing, and continuous education sessions for healthcare professionals. Monitor competitor activities and market trends, providing timely feedback to management. Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, customer engagement, and field activities. Participate in company-organized marketing campaigns, conferences, and product launches.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Proficiency in MS Office applications and data reporting tools.
Bachelor’s degree in Science, Pharmacy, or a related field. Minimum of 1 year of experience in pharmaceutical field sales (ethical products). Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong relationship-building and negotiation abilities
